Strong demographics and limited supply are usually a good recipe for outsized rent gains. And that formula is exactly what appears to be playing out in metro Denver’s northern suburbs.

Broomfield, Northeast Adams County, Northwest Adams County and North Jefferson County–the four northernmost apartment submarkets in Denver–posted the top four rent growth performances in the metro over the past year.
