Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Arranges Sale of Three Property Dollar General Portfolio
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the Wright-Johnson National Net Lease Investment Sales Team of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has completed the sale of a net lease, single tenant Dollar General portfolio consisting of three properties. The three Illinois Dollar General properties were constructed in the mid-2000’s. Each of the leases feature approximately seven years remaining on the current term and rental escalations in both the current and renewal terms.
The portfolio included the following Dollar General properties:
- 18245 US Highway 41, Bushnell, IL
- 13075 IL Highway 81, Cambridge, IL
- 900 Hen House Road, Okawville, IL
Zach Wright and Jeff Johnson of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction; a Midwest-based developer. The purchaser was a high net worth investor based in the Midwest.
“Dollar General has illustrated a commitment to these locations by exercising early leases extensions at all three properties. Many investors were attracted to these properties as they featured rental escalations in the current term as well as strong store sales histories,” said Zach Wright, Associate Advisor.
