Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Arranges Sale of Single Tenant Caliber Collision Property within the Denver MSA
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a single tenant net leased Caliber Collision property located at 7436 South Eagle Street in Centennial, CO for $1,830,000. The property sold for $26,500 above the listed price and within 35 days of the initial marketing.
