Van began his career in finance and real estate while completing his Honors Bachelor of Finance at Toronto Metropolitan University, a CFA-affiliated program. During his studies, he gained experience across property management, private wealth management, and financial modeling, building a foundation that combines client service with strong analytical skills.

Van relocated from Ohio to Denver to pursue his long-term goal of building a career in commercial real estate brokerage. He brings a background in financial analysis and relationship management to his role at Pinnacle, with a focus on helping clients achieve their investment objectives.

Outside of work, Van is passionate about skiing, golf, and traveling with his two younger siblings, Grey and Ava. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes or Cincinnati Bengals or exploring a new golf course.
