Peter Sengelmann joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC in the spring of 2012. Originally from Portland, Maine, he relocated to Denver in 2005 to pursue his education at the University of Denver, where he earned a degree in Real Estate and International Business in 2009.

During his tenure at Pinnacle, Peter has held multiple roles and has been consistently recognized for his performance. He earned the firm’s Cold Call King award in both 2013 and 2015 and spent five years as a key member of the Johnson Ritter Team before launching his own team. In 2018, Peter was named Pinnacle’s Rising Star, followed by Top Retail Broker honors in 2019 and 2021.

Peter specializes in retail and industrial investment sales, with a strong emphasis on wealth creation and preservation through strategic advisory and creative problem-solving. He is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to helping clients achieve long-term investment objectives.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys skiing, fly fishing, golfing, and mountain biking throughout the western United States with his wife and two children.
