John is a Vice President who is leading the newly-formed appraisal department at Pinnacle.  John is a native of Colorado who attended the University of Colorado in Boulder graduating with a B.A. degree in real estate and marketing.

John has been involved in the real estate business for 45 years having both a real estate appraisal and brokerage license.  He received his MAI designation in 1983 and opened the valuation division for Cushman and Wakefield in Denver.  After leaving C & W, he has been invoiced in a number of partnerships and has operated as sole proprietorship.

John and his wife Kathy have three adult children and two grandchildren.  John’s hobbies  include golf and fly fishing
