His experience has provided him with knowledge and skills in negotiation, lending services and marketing for the commercial real estate sector. He has brokered the sales of investment property totaling over $125 million during his time in the industry.

On a personal level, Gunnar is a Colorado native who grew up in the Vail Valley. During his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, rec sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
