Esther Kettering

Vice President

Esther has over 40 years of corporate commercial & industrial real estate experience, including development and sale of over 12,000 acres in the west Denver/Golden CO market.  Esther started her real estate career drafting & surveying for civil engineers.  She joined Adolph Coors Company in 1980 as a Real Estate Specialist, working her way up to president of  the Coors real estate development and services company, Golden Equities, Inc.  Esther joined Fuller and Company in 2000, remaining on the board of Golden Equities, Inc. until 2007.  In her time at Fuller and Company, which later became Cushman & Wakefield, Esther completed between 20 and 40 transactions per year.  Esther enjoys a reputation in the west metro market as having a depth of knowledge and accomplishments.  She has always been active in economic development at municipal and county levels, and  has regularly contributed to planning & zoning task force  groups in the west metro markets as well as industry groups.  Esther left Cushman & Wakefield in late 2022 and joined Thrive Commercial Group until its merger with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2024.
