Ellie Stanton joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in April 2025 as a Research Associate. She earned her M.S. in Finance from the Leeds School of Business in May 2025, where she developed a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, capital markets, and risk analysis.

During her academic career, Ellie worked at commercial real estate brokerages in both Denver and Colorado Springs, gaining hands-on experience as an analyst. In these roles, she built underwriting models, analyzed rent rolls and operating statements, evaluated market data, and supported brokers on investment sales and leasing assignments.

A Colorado native, Ellie has lived in the state for most of her life and brings strong local market knowledge to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time at Red Rocks enjoying live music.
