David Kendall joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2026. David is a real estate and construction professional with more than 10 years of experience spanning business development, acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has worked across several asset classes and contributed to more than $450 million in real estate transactions.
His background brings together financial analysis, deal execution, and relationship building, with a more recent focus on business development, expanding client relationships, and identifying new opportunities throughout the Denver market. At the core of his career is a passion for connecting people and opportunities while finding ways to create long-term value. A Colorado native who was raised in Southern California, his interests outside of work include golf, fishing, tennis, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
