David proudly rejoined Pinnacle in 2024 as Senior Advisor on the Sandberg Monette Team. He is a multi-family investment specialist focusing on 5-200 unit properties through out Colorado.

As a proud Denver native, David provides an intimate knowledge of the greater Denver market. While his focus and strength lie in the sale and disposition of existing multi-family assets, he also has extensive experience with future multi-family redevelopment opportunities as well as successfully assisting clients transition through the various asset classes.

David was born and raised in Denver, graduating from East High School before attending Hofstra University in New York. When David is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and two young sons or on the golf course.
