David is a Senior Advisor on the Sandberg Monette Team with nearly a decade of brokerage experience, specializing in multifamily, mobile home park, and residential land development sales across Colorado.

As a Denver native, David brings deep, firsthand knowledge of the greater Denver metro and Front Range markets. While his core expertise lies in the sale of existing multifamily assets, he also has extensive experience advising clients on value-add strategies, asset repositioning, and future multifamily redevelopment opportunities. His background enables him to successfully guide investors as they transition across asset classes and through various stages of the investment lifecycle.

David was born and raised in Denver and graduated from East High School before earning his degree from Hofstra University in New York. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young sons, as well as getting out on the golf course whenever possible.
