Focusing primarily on major office and flex properties, as well as select land parcels, he has sold over $2 billion in investment properties over the course of his career. Recent significant transactions include the sale of the CH2M Hill Campus in Meridian International Business Park on behalf of Columbia Property Trust. The three-building campus comprises 370,485 sf known as 9189, 9191 and 9193 South Jamaica sold for almost $330/RSF and $122 million. The buildings were subject to a new lease by CH2M Hill for 16.75 years. The sale of Arapahoe Business Park and 345 Inverness comprising 485,000 RSF of Class A office/flex space in southeast suburban Denver on behalf of Hines REIT for $78 million or approximately $165 /SF. The sale of a 430,000 RSF office research campus 100% net leased to Digital/Globe as its corporate headquarters located at 1300 West 120th Avenue in Denver’s northwest submarket for $92 million on behalf of Avaya. The sale of 1800 Larimer Street, a 495,518 RSF, high-rise Class AAA office building located on he eastern edge of Lower Downtown on behalf of the developer, Westfield Company in April 2010 for $213.2 Million or over $430/RSF. A consistent top producer, Dave has worked with some of the most well known institutional and private equity investors in the Denver region.
