Recent significant transactions include the sale of the CH2M Hill Campus in Meridian International Business Park on behalf of Columbia Property Trust. The three-building campus comprises 370,485 sf known as 9189, 9191 and 9193 South Jamaica sold for almost $330/RSF and $122 million. The buildings were subject to a new lease by CH2M Hill for 16.75 years. The sale of Arapahoe Business Park and 345 Inverness comprising 485,000 RSF of Class A office/flex space in southeast suburban Denver on behalf of Hines REIT for $78 million or approximately $165 /SF. The sale of a 430,000 RSF office research campus 100% net leased to Digital/Globe as its corporate headquarters located at 1300 West 120th Avenue in Denver’s northwest submarket for $92 million on behalf of Avaya. The sale of 1800 Larimer Street, a 495,518 RSF, high-rise Class AAA office building located on he eastern edge of Lower Downtown on behalf of the developer, Westfield Company in April 2010 for $213.2 Million or over $430/RSF.
