Dana Gargiule joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2023 as a Transaction Manager for the Thompson Group. She comes to the group with a background in tech sales, account management, customer success, and working with SaaS. Her responsibilities include asset management, contract management, marketing, due diligence, and closing. She also provides organizational and administrative support to her teammates, Barton and James.

Dana graduated Virginia Tech in May of 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering and a minor each in Green Engineering and Geosciences. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2017, she lived in Virginia for 7 years and was born-and-raised in New Jersey. In her spare time, Dana enjoys seeing live music, listening to vinyl, cooking, snowboarding, dining out with friends and family, and traveling.
