Originally from Northern California, Cole graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2025 with a degree in International Affairs and a minor in Business from the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining PREA, he gained experience supporting commercial real estate operations, property management, marketing production, and business development initiatives. He also brings an entrepreneurial background through his independent digital marketing and AI automation consulting work and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time outdoors, especially snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and traveling to new places.
