Originally from Northern California, Cole graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2025 with a degree in International Affairs & Business. Prior to joining PREA, he gained experience supporting commercial real estate operations, marketing production, and business development efforts, with hands-on experience in platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet. Cole also brings a strong entrepreneurial background through his independent digital marketing consulting work and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys anything that gets him outdoors, including snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and traveling to new places.
