Alley Brabbit is the Senior Marketing Coordinator at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. In her role, she is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials to support the firm’s brokerage and client service efforts. Her work includes developing Broker’s Opinion of Value documents, Offering Memorandums, and other marketing collateral that align with the Pinnacle brand to enhance the client experience and elevate client objectives. Alley brings a strong foundation in real estate marketing and design, with a detail-oriented and strategic approach to visual communication.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Alley spent three years as a Senior Graphic Designer at CBRE, where she supported the Multifamily and Debt & Structured Finance team. In that role, she collaborated closely with a high-performing team to develop a wide range of marketing materials for investment properties across the region.

Alley holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Denver. Originally from Minnesota, she now calls Colorado home and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking, horseback riding, skiing, and exploring the mountains.
