Denver-based Zeppelin Development has acquired another 5.5 acres in Denver’s River North neighborhood and will construct the latest iteration of its Taxi development there.

The site, located along Ringsby Court just north of Zeppelin’s Freight residential project, was formerly occupied by Ready Mixed Concrete and will be developed into housing with “a major affordable component,” and retail along the South Platte River waterfront.

Development at the site will take place in phases, and one of the phases will include an affordable housing project for those households making 60 percent of area median income.
