He offers unsurpassed knowledge of lease rates and current sale transactions specific to the major Denver Area and surrounding sub-markets. Trent has personally owned and been involved in the partnerships of a handful of commercial properties in the Denver area and understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced with the ownership of commercial office buildings.

Trent has successfully completed over 900 lease transactions encompassing more than 1,000,000 rentable square feet and more than 120,000 square feet of early tenant lease renewals, lease “roll backs”, and lease extensions. In addition, he has transacted over $200,000,000 of Central Business District Purchase and Sale assignments.
