Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Strengthens Leadership Team with the Recruitment of Two Industry Veterans

In a strategic move to reinforce its commitment to growth and excellence, Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors (Pinnacle) proudly announces the appointment of RC Myles as President and Jessica Graham as Managing Director. This significant addition to the leadership team comes at a time when Pinnacle remains unwavering in its dedication to fostering company growth during challenging market conditions.

RC Myles, a leader in the industry with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, has completed thousands of sale and lease transactions totaling more than 20 million square feet of commercial space in the Rocky Mountain Region. Starting his career at Fuller and Company in 1990, RC was involved in the transformation of the company into Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and finally Cushman & Wakefield. By way of his active involvement in industry organizations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), RC is known for his leadership in the commercial, industrial, and investment marketplaces. RC’s advocacy for clients and his dynamic career journey make him an invaluable addition to the Pinnacle team.

Jessica has 19 years of commercial real estate experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to Pinnacle. Jessica joined Pinnacle from CBRE, where she successfully led the multifamily capital markets team that sold more than $14 billion of transactions under her leadership. Jessica has been involved in the marketing and disposition of over 600 multifamily, land, and equity transactions in Colorado, Arizona, Montana, and Utah. Her expertise in brokerage operations, strategic business planning, professional development, and recruiting aligns seamlessly with Pinnacle’s vision for ongoing success.

“In 2009, amidst economic challenges that led other firms to downsize, Pinnacle made a bold investment in its future. Rather than retrenching, we expanded, a testament to our resilience and forward-thinking approach. Today, as we welcome RC and Jessica, we reiterate our commitment to investing in our brokers’ and clients’ successes,” said Co-Founder and Principal Matt Ritter.

“We vividly remember the Great Financial Crisis. When others pulled back, we forged ahead,” added Jeff Johnson, Co-Founder and Principal. “Now, as we bring RC and Jessica on board, we are excited to embark on another chapter of growth.”

Owners and Principals Josh Newell and Jim Knowlton share their enthusiasm about the new additions, expressing confidence in the seasoned professionals’ impeccable reputations and ability to focus on the strategic expansion of both multifamily and commercial product types throughout the region, recruitment, and the addition of new business lines.

“Matt, Jeff, Josh, and Jim have built a leading force in Denver’s commercial real estate market. The company’s reputation and values will allow us to increase our market share and recruiting efforts at a firm that fosters a unique family culture, offers competitive broker splits, does business with integrity, and was built for brokers by brokers. I am thrilled to be part of the Pinnacle family and look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success,” stated Jessica Graham. “Given my experience with local, national, and international firms, I am excited to be part of a company that has a focus on culture and execution on behalf of clients. Over the years, I have observed how important that focus can be and I look forward to helping Pinnacle expand our market footprint in the industrial, office, retail, and land sectors, with an emphasis on recruiting exceptional talent to the team,” added RC Myles.
