DENVER, CO – October 22, 2026 – Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Eberwein to Advisor, recognizing his professional growth, dedication to client service, and contributions to the firm’s Saxen Team.

Jack joined Pinnacle in early 2023 as a Database Associate and Transaction Manager before transitioning into an Associate Advisor role with the Saxen Team. Since then, he has continued to develop his expertise in business brokerage, retail real estate, and investment sales, helping clients navigate acquisitions and dispositions throughout Colorado.

As a member of the Saxen Team, Jack works alongside professionals specializing in business and commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of gas stations, liquor stores, restaurants, retail properties, and income-producing investments. The team provides comprehensive guidance to business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs, combining market knowledge with strong relationships across the lending, legal, and commercial real estate industries.

Jack brings a unique perspective to business brokerage through his firsthand experience growing up in the liquor industry. His understanding of retail operations, combined with his financial background and commercial real estate experience, allows him to provide valuable insight to clients evaluating business and investment opportunities.

A Colorado native, Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.

In his new role as Advisor, Jack will continue working with the Saxen Team to support business owners, buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Colorado, further strengthening Pinnacle’s business brokerage and commercial real estate services.
