Pinnacle Breaks $600 Million; Sets Sights on Continued Growth in 2020
It was another incredible year for Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, which once again eclipsed $600 Million in transaction volume. Pinnacle brokers closed 272 deals valued at $607.7 million.

The majority of Pinnacle recorded sales volume came from investment sales. The company completed 196 transactions with a value in excess of $562 million. Contributing to the successful year, Pinnacle completed 76 leases for a value of $25.5 million. Our multifamily, office, retail, and industrial divisions provide clients with full-service brokerage capabilities. Pinnacle also garnered more than half of the market share in the sales of apartment properties between five and 200 units in the five-county metro area.
