Construction will start next week on Lot Twenty Eight, a large mixed-use project in RiNo led by locally based developer Formativ.

Located at 28th and Blake, part of the adaptive reuse project will transform at 45,000-square-foot warehouse into a development with retail, office and entertainment space.

The goal of the project, according to the developer, is to transform a historic manufacturing plant into a gathering space that adds to the community.
