Two Illinois-based real estate firms have acquired a 26-acre-parcel in Westminster with plans to build 324,000 square feet of industrial space.

Conor Commercial Real Estate and WHI Real Estate Partners L.P. purchased the land, located at the southwest corner of West 120th Avenue and Huron Street, and will construct four speculative industrial buildings, dubbed the Park 12 Hundred Tech Center, there.
