Alberta Development Partners has withdrawn its master development plan for a transit-oriented development at Orchard Station in Greenwood Village, less than three weeks after submitting it, the company confirmed Thursday.

Alberta, which is based in Greenwood Village, submitted plans on July 12 for a 24-acre transit-oriented development that was to include office space, retail and for-sale and for-rent housing built around RTD’s Orchard light-rail station near the intersection of Interstate 25 and East Orchard Road.
