Greenwood Village-based Alberta Development Partners has two projects in the works in the southern suburbs of Denver, including one in Lone Tree that has been proposed to the city and one in Greenwood Village that is in the earlier stages of the development process.

The Lone Tree project, dubbed The Yard at Lone Tree, includes 71,000 square feet of retail space in seven buildings, with three additional pad sites available for potential future development, said Kristen Knoll, community outreach coordinator at the City of Lone Tree.
