A new 50-room boutique hotel is planned to open next year in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.

Developer Gravitas Development Group said the three-story Ramble Hotel will open at 2450 Larimer St. in late 2017, and will include a lobby bar called Death & Co. Denver.

Death & Co. is a New York bar expanding outside of that city for the first time.

Gravitas developed 25th & Larimer, a mixed-use complex built entirely of shipping containers, located directly across the street from the new project.
