Denver rental rates rose in the past month. How much they rose depends upon whom you ask.

San Francisco-based Apartment List reported Wednesday that Denver rents grew by 0.5 percent in the past month, and prices are up 1.1 percent above last year, with median rent for one-bedrooms in Denver rising to $1,350, and two-bedrooms rising to $1,740.
