Harvest Hill had received a tax bill that was twenty five per cent (25%) higher than the previous year. They engaged Rv3 Solutions tax appeal group to review both the Sherman site as well as their other (8) locations. It was determined that a total of three (3) sites were over assessed and therefore a candidate for a refund through the appeal process. After researching the Sherman submarket and making a case for a reduction, we were successful in lowering the assessment and saving Harvest Hill close to $250,000. Currently we are filing appeals in Anaheim, California (160,000 SF) and Atlanta, Georgia (260,000 SF)
