Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Arranges Sale of Dollar General Portfolio

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the Wright-Johnson National Net Lease Investment Sales Team has completed the sale of a net lease, single tenant Dollar General portfolio consisting of two properties. The two Iowa Dollar General properties were both constructed in 2004. Each of the leases feature over seven years remaining on the current term and rental escalations in the current and renewal terms.

The portfolio included the following Dollar General properties:

  • 702 US Highway 61, Wapello, IA 52653
  • 1200 W 5th Street, Wilton, IA 52778

Zach Wright and Jeff Johnson of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller in the transaction; a Midwest-based developer. The purchaser was a high net worth investor based in the Midwest.
