The transaction, which closed on October 15, 2024 for $6,274,627, included two adjacent retail strip centers built in 2008 totaling approximately 19,622 square feet on approximately 3.74 acres. Justin Krieger represented the seller, a Colorado-based private investor, and procured the buyer, a Pennsylvania-based institutional investor.

“Given historically high occupancy rates and stubbornly high construction costs, investor demand for existing retail properties in metro Denver is very strong,” said Krieger.
