Justin Krieger represented the seller, Arileus Capital, a Denver-based real estate investment firm that successfully implemented an aggressive leasing strategy after acquiring the property in 2024, in the off-market transaction, which closed on June 8, 2026. Rio Capital Investments, a real estate investment manager targeting value-add retail, multifamily, office and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S., was the buyer.
