Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 2155 South Josephine Street located in Denver, CO. The 12,777 square foot multifamily building sold for $3,450,000 or $270 per square foot. Matt Lewallen, Principal, represented the buyer, 251 Josephine, LLC. Kevin Calame represented the seller, JOS Investments, LLC, in the transaction.
