Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce the sale of 3423-3433 Blake Street located in Denver, Colorado. The RiNo infill development site is 14,273 square feet and zoned C-MX-5. The property sold on May 5th, 2016 for $1,750,000 or $122.61 per square foot. Billy Riesing, Senior Advisor, represented the seller in the transaction.
