Pinnacle Announces the Sale of Pueblo Family Dollar
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a net leased Family Dollar property located at 2637-2369 North Elizabeth Street in Pueblo, Colorado. The property, an approximately 8,672 SF single tenant building on a 0.28 acre site, sold on December 19th for $548,000. Cody Stambaugh, Advisor of the Johnson Ritter Team, assisted the Buyer and Seller in the transaction.
“The Seller purchased the Family Dollar out of foreclosure in 2014. The property did not fit in the Seller’s investment strategy and they decided to sell the investment to help facilitate an exchange into a property closer to their location in Los Angeles, California,” stated Stambaugh. “The Buyer, out of El Paso, Texas, was in a 1031 Exchange and owns additional single tenant properties in Colorado. The Buyer plans to hold the property as a long term investment.”
