Pinnacle Announces Sale of Two-Property Gas Station Portfolio

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of a two-store gas station portfolio located at 1005 54th Ave., and 4751 W 10th Ave., in Greeley Colorado for a combined portfolio price of $6,747,219. The portfolio transaction included the real estate, business and inventory.

Levi Saxen, Senior Advisor, and Jack Eberwein, Associate Advisor, with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, facilitated the off-market transaction between Seller and Buyer. Both properties represent a desirable owner-operator gas station model, each offering a full liquor store (beer, wine, and spirits), an on-site car wash, and four dual-dispensing pumps at each store.
