Pinnacle Announces Sale of STNL Investment Property in Colorado Springs

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 4,714 square-foot single tenant retail investment property located at 1820 Zebulon Drive in Colorado Springs. The property sold for $1,600,000. Pinnacle brokers Cody Stambaugh and Elizabeth Morgan represented the buyer, Providence Harbor LLC, in the transaction.
