Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of O’Reilly Auto Parts at 1853 E. Main Street in Cortez, Colorado. This O’Reilly Auto Parts Store is a Single Tenant Net Leased property built in 2014 sold for $2,015,000 ($294.93/SF). The property was listed for sale in early November, under contract and Closed by the end of 2020. Cody Stambaugh and Elizabeth Morgan with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors assisted the Buyer and Seller in the transaction.
