Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Columbine Executive Plaza, Ken Caryl Executive Plaza and Highland Place I; three office buildings in Southwest Denver, totaling 214,960 square feet.
Columbine Executive Plaza (6901 S Pierce St) and Ken Caryl Executive Plaza (10268 W Centennial Rd) sold on Monday, February 14th for a contract price of $13,300,000, boasting 96% and 100% occupancy respectively. Corey Sandberg, and Mike Krebsbach, Vice Presidents of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, assisted the Seller, and Andrew Monette, Vice President, and Jeff Johnson, Principal/Co-Founder of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, assisted the Buyer in the transaction.
