Pinnacle Announces Sale of Historic John Fielder Building in Denver

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 833 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, Colorado. The property was formerly owned and occupied by renowned Colorado photographer John Fielder, serving as both his photography studio and gallery. Debbie Brinkman, Advisor, represented the Seller, Merrill Stillwell of Main Street, LLC, in the transaction.

“The historic John Fielder building in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District was a special opportunity. Transactions are not easy in this market environment, and working with Debbie Brinkman was key to our success. We are excited to work with the Skylight venue operator to make this a beautiful gathering space for people and art for years to come,” said Merrill Stillwell.

Fielder purchased the 1920’s vintage building in 2010 after occupying it since 2006.  It served as his photography studio and a gallery that supported dozens of other photographers by displaying their work. The gallery became a well-known destination during Denver’s First Friday Art Walks.

The property’s current tenant, Skylight, hosts events and celebrations. “The opportunity to continue to serve the community and maintain a strong commitment to the art culture was important to the buyer,” added Brinkman.

The 6,250-square-foot building sold for $1,894,000 or $303 per square foot.
