Pinnacle Announces Sale of STNL Starbucks
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a freestanding, single-tenant, net-leased Starbucks drive-thru property for $2,080,000. The 2,162 square foot building sits on a .92-acre lot at 1835 W. 120th Ave, Westminster, Colorado. Elizabeth Morgan, Cody Stambaugh & Kyle Moyer of the Morgan Stambaugh Group, represented the buyer, Surreal Holdings, LLC in the transaction. David Wirgler of Northmarq represented the Seller.
