Pinnacle Announces Sale of Family and Kid Dental in Pueblo

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 1022 Liberty Lane, a NNN-Leased Single-Tenant Dental Office for $1,500,000 ($192.65/SF) located in Pueblo, Colorado. The lease for the Tenant, Family & Kids Dental, is backed by their corporate parent, Lone Peak Dental Group, which provides further stability for the investment sold on October 28th, 2019.
