Tom was referred to Coram Deo Reformation Church by a board member of Ambleside School. After leasing for numerous years, Coram Deo had saved significant money and was eager to buy their own church home. The former Crosspoint Community Church property, 7076 S. Alton Way – B in Centennial was on the market and available.  Although a competitive situation, Tom was able to advise and negotiate terms that were acceptable to both churches in a compressed time frame. Further, Tom recommended to Coram Deo their lender, appraiser, building inspector along with roof, HVAC and plumbing inspectors.  He worked with his client’s real estate attorney to resolve outstanding issues regarding the property’s Owners Association and title. We had a seamless closing on August 28, 2023.  The property sold for $2,200,000 ($223.58/SF).
