Pinnacle Announces Sale of a Net Leased Dollar Tree in Grand Junction, CO
Justin Krieger, Principal at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a single tenant net leased retail property occupied by Dollar Tree located at 2742 US Highway 50 in Grand Junction, Colorado. The property consists of a 10,038 square foot building built in 2019 on a 1.3 acre lot. It sold for $1,640,000 on August 20, 2019 in an all cash deal. Justin Krieger represented the buyer, a Denver-based investor who was in a 1031 exchange. The seller was a Denver-based developer.
