Pinnacle Announces Sale of Multi-Tenant Retail Strip Center in Aurora
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Hampden & Tower at 18191 E. Hampden Avenue, Aurora, Colorado. This 7,051 square foot strip center is 100% occupied and was renovated in 2012. The center is located along Hampden Avenue near several banks, grocery stores, and fast-food restaurants. The property sold on January 14, 2016 for $3,352,500 or $475 per square foot. Matt Ritter and Jeff Johnson, with the Johnson Ritter Team, represented the seller and Tom Ethington and Robert Edwards represented the buyer in the transaction.
