Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 1189 South Perry Street in Castle Rock, CO. This office building was built in 2005. The building is located just east of I-25 near the intersection of Plum Creek Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard. The property sold on March 16, 2018 for $3,450,000 or $269.51 per square foot.  Corey Sandberg and Jeff Johnson, with the Johnson Ritter Team, represented the seller in the transaction.
