Hampden Avenue in Denver, Colorado.  This 8,402 square foot retail property sold on September 19, 2014 for $1,050,000 or $125 per square foot.  The property was purchased by Yak and Yeti Restaurant and Brewpub, who currently operates two additional locations in Arvada and Westminster.  Yak and Yeti is a full service restaurant and brewery, featuring Nepalese and Indian cuisine, along with handcrafted beer, made right on the premises.
