Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 3653 South Knox Court located in Denver, CO. The 3,402 square foot multifamily building sold for $665,000 or $195 per square foot. Thomas Graeve, Senior Advisor, represented the seller, Scott Bates, in the transaction.  The property was purchased by Lynae and Brock Chambers.

Graeve believes this transaction is proof that there is still opportunity for regular folks and first-time investors to get into the Denver commercial real estate market.
