Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 3645 Evergreen Parkway located in Evergreen, Colorado. This top tier Shell branded service station consists of 2,590 SF and was built in 1999. The building is located off Evergreen Parkway, north of Evergreen Lake.
