Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the lease of 1600 Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado.  Arc’teryx, the high-performance outdoor equipment and apparel company has leased 4768 square feet along the Pearl Street Mall East End district in downtown Boulder.  The store will be a large flagship location for Arc’teryx located in the highly visible Building at the corner of Pearl Street & 16^th Street. The space features large floor to ceiling windows and an outdoor patio. Arc’teryx plans to open the store 2nd quarter of 2022.
