Jim Knowlton, Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman, Senior Advisors at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, announce the sale of Observatory Park Place located at 2350 South University Boulevard in Denver, Colorado. The 18-unit property built in 2012 sold on September 15th with a contract price of $5,040,000; $280,000 per unit and $390.52 per square foot.  The property, located in the very walkable University of Denver neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and the light rail, featured luxury units with open floor plans and interior retractable garage doors.

“The sellers were the original developers of the property and decided it was a good time to sell and move on to the next project,” said Knowlton.

Knowlton, Hochman and Brockman represented the seller in the transaction.
